About the Space

Gorgeous modern home with an open floor plan with a patio deck on the front of the house with views of the Boulder flatirons and mountains and a relaxing back patio with lots of seating. The house has lots of of windows and natural light making it a great place for a photo shoot or event.

Lighting description

The house is very modern and has floor to ceiling windows in the main room. The house faces west and there are light filtering shades on all windows, however other productions have created a full blackout of natural light with other materials as needed.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The house is only a few years old and has double pane windows. There is no noise from neighbors or the street, although cars do pass by frequently outside since the house is across from a park.

Equipment loading description

Equipment can be unloaded behind the house on the driveway and there are large patio doors that open to easily enter the house. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway, but once large trucks are unloaded, they can easily park across the street.

Staging area is available

There is an office/workout room on the first floor that can be used, which is also next to a full bathroom. Alternatively a bedroom upstairs could also be used.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker can be accessed

General Rules

No smoking in the house. Outside catering is allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are external security cameras that can be turned off if necessary.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The house is thoroughly cleaned between bookings and capacity is limited.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
