About the Space
A five bedroom boutique inn and event facility set in a historic home in beautiful Opelika, Alabama. This building was constructed in 1913 and has been carefully maintained. This is a meticulously furnished and decorated, operational inn, with dozens of antique pieces throughout the building and lots of period-appropriate charm. The building is located at the midpoint between two historic districts: downtown, with quaint shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, etc. and north side, with many century-old homes in various classical styles. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Leif and Dani were AMAZING hosts. We have a film shoot here all day and they were perfect. Flexible with our ever-changing schedule, accomodating, and really understanding of our companies COVID guidelines. I hope I have more shoots in Alabama so I can continue to use Heritage House!
