This charming and historic boutique hotel is a wonderful location for private getaways, retreats, workshops and off-site meetings, especially for those needing overnight accommodations. With a buy-out of the inn, consisting of 8 private suites sleeping up to 16 adults, the entire property is exclusively yours. The spacious and nicely appointed living room with flat screen TV and fireplace is a comfortable gathering space, and is adjoined to the dining room with seating for up to 10 to dine or have a working session. Plus, by reserving the entire inn, you will be treated to a fully equipped kitchen for you or your caterer to use. The sun room offers additional space to relax, and flows out to the back dining patio and beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre garden with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fresh air and garden views. The convenient downtown location is easy walking distance to all the entertainment, dining and shops you will find on Santa Barbara’s popular State Street.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All rooms are thoroughly sanitized after use with extra attention on light switches, doorknobs, lock/latches, desk surfaces, TV remotes and other high touch surfaces within the rooms. Chairs have been repositioned to allow for more space between guests. Hand sanitizer with >70% alcohol content is placed throughout the inn. All handrails, surfaces, common areas and furniture are sanitized. Cleanliness and hygiene practices are reviewed with the team each day. Designated team members are sanitizing surfaces after every use. Guests are asked to follow all the CDC safety orders, including wearing masks in the common areas. Any employee feeling unwell is required to stay home but will still be compensated.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
