Our house is a beautiful Craftsman with inlaid wooden floors, curved arched doorways and modern updates throughout. The house is charming and decorated with love in a very mid-century eclectic way. Our front room has beautiful floor to ceiling rounded windows that lets in a warm light just perfect for shooting in the afternoon, a very unique look. Our kitchen is newly redone with a modern sensibility; large sliding glass doors and a quartzite/marble island make shooting for food or in the kitchen lovely. For an extra rate per hour (upon availability and asking) we also have a beautiful en-suite bedroom and bathroom with a luxurious concrete soaking tub in the lower level of the house. Our backyard is a garden oasis. The kitchen opens up to a deck to catch the morning sun and afternoon rays and cascades down to a patio with a gas fire pit and lounge furniture, great for a cozy shoot of friends or family enjoying a fireside moment. The house has two levels. The main floor houses the bathroom, kids room, master bedroom, living rooms and kitchen. If you require the downstairs master bedroom and bathroom, there is an extra fee of $50 an hour. The photos of these two rooms are the last in the series of photos of our listing. We rent this space out separately usually through Airbnb so we need to coordinate to see its availability upon request. This area has lower light (requiring extra lighting) but is still an excellent space to stage, use for a makeup room, or shoot in as well. The bathtub is beyond amazing if you are doing a bathroom setting. This unit has a separate entrance, but can also be accessed from the top floor/inside the house. As we also live in this house we ask that you are very conscious of using our furniture and wiping things down, especially during Covid. You are more than welcome to move our personal belongings around for your shoot or keep them in to shoot for props. We will require a liability insurance to protect our belongings in the event that something happens. We take Covid safety seriously and make our best effort to provide a safe environment, following CDC guidelines. The home will be sanitized prior to productions, and hand sanitizer/soap will be provided. Masks are required in the home for crew members, but talent will not be required to wear them while in hair/makeup or shooting. We also ask that you take off your shoes when in the home or put on booties to protect our floors. Booties will be provided. Ram board will be required for shoots where equipment might damage the floors. We ask that you eat in the kitchen or outdoors and in no other part of the house. We welcome teams that are respectful of the home and neighborhood. We look forward to having you!

Catherine was a great host and was very helpful in making sure I needed everything for a successful event. The space was perfect for our film shoot and delivered on our expectations.
Ziyan G. booked a video shoot for 5 people
Space was nice but videographer had to carefully frame the shot as there are a lot of personal belongings. Some chips on the wall. This is more of a lived in residential home. However, Catherine was very understanding and approved our booking even though it was last minute. Overall an OK experience. ---------------------------------------------------------- Response from Host: Hi Ziyan, we can understand your concerns. Because this is a residential home (as you mention) we encourage the production coordinators of all of our bookings, to feel free to move around any extra props or personal items that get in the way of the shot. They usually come prepared to take photos of said items and remove or add in their own props to meet their needs with the intention of restoring the belongings back afterwards. Also, we have since fixed and touched up minor chips in the walls in the whole house as well as in the one area by the bookcase where you were shooting.
