Industrial Art Gallery Studio with Roses, Former Church and Unique Furniture

This listing is for our 1,250 square foot first floor production space! This space is a former church and it is contains large street art pieces and unique furniture including a church pew and pulpit! The original tin ceiling is painted black with gold trim and the original wood floors are painted black with pink roses throughout. The space can be used for photo shoots and video shoots. There is one spacious bathroom with a mirror inside of the bathroom that doubles as a dressing / changing room. There is also central heat, overhead lights and fans, and multiple electrical outlets. We do not provide a PA system. Please bring your own. We have furniture (couches, chairs, sofas, etc.) that can be used. However, please treat the furniture gently and put everything back as you found it when you are finished using the space. We do not provide any photographers, videographers, or any equipment (lights, backdrops, extension cords, etc.). You must bring your own. We charge $10 per hour for each additional photographer or videographer that you bring after the first one.
