Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Home will be cleaned between bookings.
We have added a cleaning fee to pay for a professional cleaner to disinfect all high touch surfaces as well as tidy the space after use. If you are going to be leaving an abnormally large mess, using the kitchen, or leaving any debris behind (trash, glitter or anything of that nature), you must let me know in advance so we can schedule necessary cleaning time. Additional fees may apply.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:

Also, a Open Concept Modern White Kitchen with Unique open floor plan which allows for an indoor/outdoor feel and natural lighting and Fireplace . Swimming pool and a large deck offer a luxurious setting for sunbathing and relaxation. 15 Mins away from restaurants, shopping, sporting events and entertainment.

General Rules
Absolutely no smoking
- No pets allowed
- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
- All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
- Front door must be locked upon departure from the space

Production insurance is required
Insurance will be necessary! Liability Insurance for the state of OHIO. Coverage any and all damages to the property, inside and outside. Including furniture, fixture, walls, floors, paint, fires. Any person the that is hurt in and outside of the property. All responsibility will be at the renter expense. What is not cover bey the insurance the renter will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Renter will pay for any court cost and obtain lawyers for parties involved in lawsuit. We are open to make changes when necessary

beautiful home, frankie was helpful and flexible but his parents remained in the home and had to be asked multiple times to vacate the area we paid to occupy
