This is a 6000 square foot House with open floor plan, on a 5 acre lot with plenty of outdoor space including a Mini Pond surrounded by beautiful trees. This large Beatifully Decorative Home includes Geogous Upscale Iron Double Door entrance, 3 levels and the 3 levels are furnished and there is plenty of room in the basement for makeup, hair, equipment and other supplies for storage. The best thing about this secluded location is Natural Space. There is plenty of room for your camera equipment, allowing you to get all angles of the scene. 2 living room areas, 3 dining areas, 5 bedrooms with different themes and a large yard. Extra rooms for holding, craft, makeup, production, etc. Tell me what you have in mind! Walk-throughs are available after booking. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. We scrambled and found this place last minute for my moms surprise birthday party and it was amazing. The house is set up well to have a DJ and dance space and serve food. The host was THE BEST. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, within reason. We will definitely do an event here again and have even recommended it to many friends and family.

I hosted my son's first birthday party here and was blown away by how wonderful of a host Marlana was. The space was perfect and Marlana was extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing me a space to use upstairs for nursing (despite that not actually being a part of our reserved space). Everyone commented on how beautiful the property was. We would definitely book again!

She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for the event to run smoothly. It was the perfect location and a beautiful home to have the privilege of booking for memorable weekend.
