This 5000+ square foot Retreat is one of many locations available for your event planning vision. This open floor plan, 5 acre lot has plenty of outdoor space including a Mini Pond/Waterfall and an abundance of beautiful scenery. This Beautifully Decorative Retreat includes Upscale Iron Double Door Entrance, 3 levels, circle driveway and plenty of parking. The best thing about this Retreat Location is the Exclusive, Private, Location. You will be treated like family. This is a perfect location for beautiful celebrations, showers, weddings and more. We work with you at every step- before, during, and after- to help make your vision a reality with the highest level of quality and service. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what really matters. Before you arrive, the space will be prepped , sanitized, and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep/host will check you in, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you have questions regarding appliances, decor, furniture, or any other requests that might come up. It is the guest’s responsibility to restore the layout of the space during your booking and “tear-down” time must be included in the time reserved for the booking. Tell me what you have in mind! - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We scrambled and found this place last minute for my moms surprise birthday party and it was amazing. The house is set up well to have a DJ and dance space and serve food. The host was THE BEST. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, within reason. We will definitely do an event here again and have even recommended it to many friends and family.

I hosted my son's first birthday party here and was blown away by how wonderful of a host Marlana was. The space was perfect and Marlana was extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing me a space to use upstairs for nursing (despite that not actually being a part of our reserved space). Everyone commented on how beautiful the property was. We would definitely book again!

Ms. White is by far the best host I have ever encountered. She was more than accommodating and very quick to respond to questions. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for the event to run smoothly. It was the perfect location and a beautiful home to have the privilege of booking for memorable weekend. If you have the opportunity to book with her you will surely be in for treat. <3
