Close enough for easy commute by car or public transportation, but a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. This Comfy, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom is ready to accommodate your event. Located on the 1st floor of a newly constructed 3 family house. Great location for: Photoshoots, Commericals, Films, Original Series, Interviews, Social Media Filming (Youtube, TicToc, Facebook, Instagram etc.) Meetups, Small Parties (25 or less), Private Dinners, Intimate Performances, Networking, Intimate Ceremonies (Weddings, Baby Blessings, etc.), Baby Showers, Pop-up Shops, Corporate Offsites, Focus Groups, Training Sessions, Workshops, Roundtable, Rehearsals. 2 adjacent open rooms great for the flow of any event. Available 6 a.m to Midnight (please inquire for additional availability.) Best to book a minimum of 48-72 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Please include the amount of time for your setup and breakdown/cleanup in your booking time. A party must end by 1 a.m. Hours beyond 1 a.m. are negotiable for weekly and monthly bookings. Please note: Client is responsible for independently purchasing event insurance for the duration of their event. Once booking is confirmed, proof of insured is required. We have the space. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
