• The Private Rental will be provided to Renter in broom clean condition prior to the reservation. Within one (1) hour following the reservation, Renter must remove all equipment and return the space to the same broom clean condition and furniture placement in which it was found. If the space is not returned to broom-clean condition and furniture placement, you will be sent a bill with a cleaning fee and/or furniture moving fee appropriate for the size of the rental.
• All emergency exits and hallways must be left clear.
• Renter may use ovens, sinks and refrigerator. We are not responsible for food left or damaged by any cause.
• No decorations may be attached to walls or window frames. No tape, tacks, or staples are permitted.
• Renter acknowledges that the maximum standing capacity is 250 people and will not exceed this limit.
• Candles must be globed with hurricanes or votives. No open flames are allowed.
• The service elevator must be reserved 48 hours in advance. Please speak with Management to make arrangements with the building.
• Management will review opening and closing, set-up and tear-down, delivery times, and space logistics with up to 2 key personnel involved in the Renter’s event coordination and production at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
• Final number of attendees/guests must be communicated to Management in writing no later than 3 business days prior to the date of the Event.
• Should Renter choose to retain the services of any third party vendors in connection with the Event, such vendors must be approved by Management. Renter shall be solely responsible for the costs of such vendors, and such vendors must provide a certificate of insurance as required by Management)
• Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Renter shall retain, at its sole cost and expense, the services of the cleaning company designated by Management.
• Renter acknowledges that the Premises are located near residential units and therefore agrees to control the noise level at the event such that it does not disturb neighboring occupants.
• All displays, exhibits, and decorations must conform to all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to, any state or local building codes and fire ordinances. Signage should be free standing without attachment to walls, ceilings, or floors.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen equipment or objects left on the Premises.
• Management shall have the right to enter and exit the Premises at any time during the Event and Event set-up.
• We are not responsible if, through fire, flood, weather, or any other emergency conditions, it is unable to fulfill the Agreement for the scheduled date. If the Event is cancelled as a result of the above, the Deposit shall not be refunded and the Event Date will be rescheduled to a date that is agreed upon by Renter and Management.
