Our on-site set construction facility can give you the additional flexibility of building to your specifications and needs. The stage is pre-lit with adjustable Kino that are flicker free up to 120 FPS. Not only can our studio be used for film, but we are happy to rent the space for special events. Aside from a 15,000 sf industrial building, our property also offers an outdoor area that can be set up for baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, etc. We are located in the San Fernando Valley in Northridge, off the 118 and 405 freeways. There are numerous support businesses in the surrounding area, including Lowe's, Costco, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Northridge Fashion Center and numerous restaurants and caterers. We have an existing relationship with Hollywood Rentals in order to help supply all of your equipment and expendables needs.
