We are experienced at hosting film shoots with craft services. 1500 sq ft Gallery, Show, Set of 5500 sq ft of various uses. Music Studio, Conference room, kitchen, yoga dance studio, offices, areas that can be staged as Talk Show, Bedroom, Living Room, class room and more. We have various furnishings and props that can be used. We have and on site Chef for your craft and catering needs. We have a beautiful new kitchen with an 11 ft island that is perfect for cooking shows and classes. We have hosted Reunions, Birthday Parties, Celebrations of Life, Musical Shows, Indie Film and music videos. Located in a Shopping Center above retail shops. Free parking. Eateries in the shopping center as well as a Target and Trader Joe’s. capacity has changed to 15 max for productions and 10 for small parties.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Gina was an amazing host set up was as we talked about! I had my baby shower for about 60 guest and it was very spacious, all of our guest loved it. Any questions or concerns I had Gina responded right away. I truly appreciate all the help she provided!! Highly recommend this venue.

The gallery was a truly excellent place for a medium-sized party! (Think maybe 25-60 people. There were about three dozen at my little soiree.) The place has a good layout, some special glass-walled rooms for a DJ or food setup or photo booth or whatever, a full kitchen, and good size bathrooms available. The gallery is kept very clean, the art on the walls is engaging and for sale if you have the bucks. The best part about it all is that Gina (owner) is very friendly and professional and makes herself available before and during the event to help with any questions or issues that arise. She also helped me hang some banners. :) I would recommend this venue and its ownership highly. I would book again in a heartbeat.

LB Unique Party Venue was the perfect spot for our family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The space was beautifully lit and temperature controlled when we arrived. Gina was very responsive to our questions and so helpful with suggestions to help us lay out the floor plan. Gina was went above and beyond to help us make our event work and was on hand during set up and during our event to make sure everything was ok. This space is very unique with so much potential for any type of gathering. The artwork displayed on the walls from local artists was extremely cool. Beautiful lighting with lots of amenities and an intimate vibe.

I hosted my husband's 40th b-day celebration and the space was perfect! Gina was very responsive from the first contact that I made with her. I was looking for an accessible space and this place was very accommodating. Location is on the 2nd floor so it has an elevator , plenty of space for a wheelchair and great for pictures. There was plenty of parking for our guests, we had Deli News cater the event which is on the 1st floor and they delivered. Food was delicious! I can't say enough good things about Gina, and her space! Would highly recommend and would book again if I ever host another event. Thank you Gina!
