Parking is really easy to find, you can park at the front of the building or in a parking lot. Please keep in mind most areas downtown require paid meter parking or parking lot fee parking ever you prefer to park to avoid getting tickers from the city of Chicago

We do not have Natural Light, but we do have artificial light. The Studio comes with two Neewer Softbox, two Neweer LED (COLOR CUSTOM/EFFECTS), one Ring light and one projector

This is not a soundproof studio, so you could possible hear people walking by.

Theres enough power for all your equipment if you bring anything or accessories. This Studio has four Outlets but each outlet has an additional outlet strip for more devices

General Rules OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. This includes 1 minute over. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please factor setup and tear down time within your original booking to avoid extra charges. This is to ensure that every guest has the entirety of their scheduled reservation. We prep and clean each studio before every new session. To do this efficiently, our team needs the extra time at the end of each session. DAMAGES Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals brought in. Please take great care of our space, furniture and equipment so we can keep offering the same great rate to customers like you. Kindly refrain from using tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items on our walls. FURNITURE / PHOTOGRAPHER BACKDROP Furniture is allowed to be moved by guests within the space, but cannot be moved outside of the space. If you choose to move furniture around please make sure to put it together in the same way you found it at the end of the session. If you use our backdrop, we request that you use only what you need and make every effort to keep it as clean and smooth as possible so that it can be reused. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. If there needs to be a change in the backdrop, please contact a studio manager so they may safely change the backdrops. There will be no extending the original scheduled booking to replace time used to change backdrops upon the guests request. MISCELLANEOUS * There is no smoking allowed in the space or in front of the building. * If guest decides to use confetti or glitter, please take time to clean within the original booking to avoid any extra fee's. * No open foods on the paperback drops, (Chocolate, syrup, cake, liquids. etc.) unless allowed by a studio manager. * Guest are not allowed to change the backdrops on their own. They must contact a studio manager to do so for them. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. All ages are allowed in the space

Anything can be moved around, we do not mind as long as it is back where it belongs. Thank you
