About the Space
This awesome fully equipped theater space is almost 2000 square feet and is equipped with full lighting and sound, as well as a sliding glass pocket door that opens up to a 1200 square foot outdoor deck. This can be used as a performance space or a rehearsal space. It can be set up with risers (for an additional cost) to seat 85 audience members. Access to a green room/dressing room is available for an additional cost as well! Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
