About the Space
1200 Sq Ft dance deck facing the greenbelt! This can be used for dance or fitness classes, and also a performance space! The metal sides are able to fold down and face an outdoor audience. The space is connected by a sliding glass door to our black box space. It is also wheelchair accessible.

General Rules
No smoking, and please do not attempt to fold down the metal sides without our instruction/help! Please leave it as it was when you arrived.

Health and Safety Measures
Our studio follows CDC guidelines inside and is cleaned and sanitized regularly.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
