About the Space
An abandoned 90s Retro Office Space just 9 miles east of Downtown LA with fully functional power. This location features a set of vintage computers and desks from a range of periods perfect for your hacker movie or "Office Space" type film! In the same building you'll find a comfortable dining area, clean restrooms, and friendly site-reps to make your shoot a breeze! *Required $150 flat fee for site Rep* Managed by filmmakers for filmmakers! Fast response times, easy scouting and knowledgeable, film-friendly site-reps. --Cleaning Fee-- Please note, our cleaning fee is high due to our required on site management team that must be present during every shoot. A portion of this fee is also used for general repairs and maintenance. Due to the ageing nature of the location, please expect a reasonable level of grunge in the space (it will not be spotless). --Overtime Policy-- Please note: Peerspace's policy is to charge 1.5x overtime for any hours outside your booking. If you go one hour over and paid $100/hr, that hour would be $150! As a location, it's very important to us that we have an accurate idea of the exact number of hours you intend to book. If you contact us up to 24hrs in advance we will be happy to extend your booking hours at the base rate to avoid the higher overtime rate. Otherwise, overtime will be billed at 1.5x your booking rate. --Scouting-- We are open for location scouting between 9am and 2pm Monday through Friday by appointment only. Off hours scouting subject to availability and additional charges may apply. --Furnishings-- We highly encourage productions to come scout our location. Shelving and items on the shelves is "as-is". We do not guarantee items other than the shelves themselves will be there on your shoot. If you don't see it on your scout it's not included with the rental! - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great space, slightly more run down and had to wait 45 minutes for other crew to leave one space because they wanted pick up shots from the day prior - was not a fan of this!!
