90s Retro Office Space

Step into a 90s retro office space just 9 miles east of Downtown LA. This set is one of our most versatile environments, with functional power, authentic retro finishes, and layouts that can shift from polished corporate to hidden backroom atmosphere. The location includes a reception area, hallway with multiple offices, a blue-walled bullpen, and vintage desks and computers. Beyond the main rooms, productions also have access to a waiting area, receptionist desk, printer and filing room, a doctor’s office, four private offices, and a larger 3-person office. The variety of spaces provides plenty of tucked-away corners and flexible backdrops for different looks. The space is air conditioned and overnight shoots are available at no additional cost. This fee covers both the site-rep (who will be onsite to assist and monitor during your rental) and the post-shoot cleaning of the space. Scouting We offer complimentary 30-minute scouts prior to booking. Let us know when you would like to come by, and we will find a time that works. Furnishings & Props Along with desks, chairs, and shelving, this set may include courtesy props such as phones and office accessories. Shelving and smaller items are provided as-is and may change between bookings. If you do not see it on your scout, it is not included in your rental. Gear Available Rent where you shoot and save time on transport. We offer cameras (RED, Sony, Blackmagic), cine lenses, Aputure lights, Litepanels, Quasars, grip gear, hazers, and more. Additional Amenities Shared breakspace area, restrooms, tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, sinks, and make-up mirrors included. Private air-conditioned holding spaces and production offices are available the same day at $250 and $500. Inquire for details. Overtime Policy Peerspace requires 1.5x overtime for any hours beyond your booking. For example, if your hourly rate is $100, each overtime hour is billed at $150. We encourage booking the hours you anticipate needing in advance. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your shoot, we can extend your booking at the base rate to avoid overtime.
