Located in the heart of Gramercy, this property is situated on 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10010. The rental space is on the second floor and offers 1,500 sq ft of an elegant, designer-filled, art-inspired, and modern dream loft. This versatile space is perfect for hosting various events, including: • Corporate Events: Anniversary celebrations, corporate parties, fundraising events, product showcases, auctions, charity events, exhibits, company parties, product demos. • Dinners: Breakfasts, brunches, luncheons, dinners, rehearsal dinners. Please note: The third floor of the property is a private bedroom floor and is not included in the standard rental. Since I reside in the home, renting the third-floor bedroom and bathroom requires prior consultation and approval. If you are interested, a separate booking process will apply, and additional fees will be required. This arrangement must be discussed and confirmed well in advance of your booking. When reserving the space, please include set-up and breakdown time in your booking to ensure you have ample time to prepare for and wrap up your event. The space must be left in good condition upon departure.

Health and Safety Measures

My cleaning team has been thoroughly briefed on the situation and are extra careful to make sure the space is thoroughly sanitized after each cleaning. They follow CDC guidelines to clean and disinfect as recommended, using diluted household bleach solutions with the recommended levels of alcohol and bleach. They clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces in household common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles, desks, toilets, sinks. The recommended PPE is used by our team while performing the cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
