About the Space

Located in the heart of the Lower East Side, this venue is ideal for all kinds of events and gatherings, from meetings and bridal showers to fashion shows and more. Close proximity to Dimes, Kiki's, Dudley's. Along with many catering options in the neighborhood that can conveniently cater your offsite. House Rules: Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol. Outside food is allowed. Kitchenette available. Cooking and food preparation is allowed on site. Amenities: Bluetooth speakers, projector, projector screen. Music Rules: DJ and amplified music are allowed until 10pm. Space Rules: Smoking and confetti are not allowed. Capacity: Up to 65 guests. Size: 1,300 square feet. We provide: High-Speed WiFi Bluetooth speakers Six 6' tables 60 chairs Flip chart Projector 12 Yoga mats Small kitchen with filtered water, small refrigerator, microwave, and sink.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
