Built in 1953, our home is a classic Cliff May Post and Beam in one of the most highly sought after historic neighborhoods in Los Angeles County. Located in the Rancho Estates, our one story home offers tons of natural light coming in from entire walls of windows and high ceilings. The kitchen has a large white waterfall island and offers ample space for prep and product. There are numerous mature plants throughout the home that offer a subtle tropical atmosphere including a 10 foot fiddle leaf fig tree in the kitchen. Plants are changed out often to ensure they look healthy and vibrant. The home is decorated with custom high end mid century modern furniture coupled with eclectic furnishing, art, decorations and large persian rugs that provide options for different backdrops. In 2018 the entire house was renovated with modern touches that were respectful to the architecture of the home. The backyard has a custom mural replicating Hokusai's Great Wave that can be seen from large windows from the living room. Alia was super communicative and friendly! Her spot was also beautiful and looked even better in person. Would love to book again for future projects :)

Really nice location! I'm a big fan of the wooden accents, which offer great contrast and are a relief from you typical all-white wall. Everything is decorated very tastefully and the Cliff May architecture lets lots of nice natural light in for the later half of the day. Alia was a very helpful host and easy to work with. We'll definitely be looking to book this place again!

This was an incredible space...immaculate, grate style, beautiful natural light and our host made the experience seamless. We had freedom to move things around as needed and were grateful for the help in finding extra extension chords. Highly recommend this space!
