Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

THE STORE follows CDC and ‘Count On Me NC’ cleaning procedures as follows: - THE STORE's staff are required to wear personal protective equipment and follow guideline procedures including social distancing and frequent hand washing. - Use of cleaning products that include a bleach solution and/or disinfectant spray are used to clean surfaces, handrails, door handles and light switches. - Face masks and hand-sanitizer are provided to all occupants and guests free-of-charge. - Building access is a single entry via lock and key. Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer are provided nearby. - All occupants are requested to follow CDC guidelines including: - Maintaining a social distance of no less than six (6) feet apart; - Wearing a protective face mask; - Hand-washing and/or applying a 70% alcohol hand sanitizer. All occupants and guests enter and occupy the premises at their own personal risk and waive any and all legal recourse. This signed agreement holds THE STORE, REESEatelierPLLC and John Reese harmless from any liability or negligence regarding personal injury, accidental mishaps, loss of or damage to personal property and/or exposure to COVID-19.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
