Our cozy and open photo studio loft space near Armitage and Western Ave, right off the Western entrance to the Bloomingdale Trail/606, features about 1,080 square feet with multiple backdrops and a flexible shooting area, small office space, and lounge area, as well as a full bathroom in a modern/vintage style, and a full kitchen. Features: -- (NEW) Monitor and tethering station -- Tripod -- 3 large V-flats and 1 foldable V-flat -- Large bounce with silver, white, and diffusion panels -- Westcott Eyelighter -- Gels -- Wi-fi -- Heat/Central A/C -- 2 parking spaces -- Oven/stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator -- Coffee/tea -- Brick wall/timber beams -- 6 seamless on ceiling, more color options available -- 3 hand-painted 4' wide Gravity Backdrops -- 3 8'x8' floor drops (wood pattern) -- 20' wide Diamond Cloth Backdrops: black, mottled gray -- Light stands/sandbags/appleboxes -- eclectic stools -- Makeup chair -- posing table -- industrial / vintage wood pallet and carts -- Clothing steamer, wardrobe racks -- lighting and modifiers available for additional rental This is a great space for a photo shoot, commercial or fashion shoot, video shoot, or filmed interviews. The lighting and modifiers that are available at an additional rental fee are Paul Buff Einsteins and B800's, several softboxes, strip boxes, medium and large size PLM umbrellas with silks, a silver beauty dish, white beauty dish (both with silks), flex-out bounces, one small LED kit, and more. The space is monitored by a security camera for theft and adherence to the rules and rental times.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Michelle was a great, showed us the studio space quickly, answered all of our questions, and was prompt and friendly when arriving to let us into the space. The space itself was well equipped with backdrops, a few simple props, several different shooting positions. I'd definitely rent this space again.
