About the Space
Neo-traditional home located in the Woodmore (Balk Hill Villiage) area of Bowie Md. Located 5 minutes from Fed Ex Field in Landover, and 15 minutes from Washington DC. The property is easily accessible from the Capitol Beltway (495), The Baltimore Washington Parkway (295), and US 50. The interior has an modern yet cozy design aesthetic with original art pieces throughout. A large kitchen and living room floor plan can accommodate many guests and production equipment. The basement contains a pool table and a projector room with couch seating for 5 and poufs for additional seating. The backyard has a charcoal grill, a deck, and an additional seating area off the deck under a pergola. Moving equipment in an out of the house is a breeze due to the attached garage in rear that leads to the laundry/mud room. The host is very flexible in the way of furniture arrangement. In main floor contains a kitchen and family room area in one open space. An office, a living room, and dining room are in separated areas. The top floor contains three bedrooms and a master bedroom. One dual sink bathroom to serve the non master bedroom and a double sink bathroom in the master.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
