Cleaning professionals wear protective gear at all times, air the place after each guest. Clean dust and debris and thus removing germs and dirt. It’s important to complete this step before sanitizing the space.
Take out all the garbage. Starting with this step helps prevent dirty garbage from contaminating the space once it has been cleaned.
Dust the space, vacuum the floor, vacuum carpeting.
Clean all hard surfaces with soap and water. Wipe each surface down to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Hard surfaces include things like countertops, tables, sinks, cabinets, and floors.
Once a hard surface is clean, we spray it with disinfectant. This also include all door knobs/door handles, light switch’s, remote control, toilet lever.
After cleaning and sanitizing, we review room-by-room to ensure that all appropriate areas have been cleaned and sanitized.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
