About the Space

My classic brownstone is perfect for small and medium sized photo/video shoots. It features original exposed brick staircases, landscaped backyard and an open, private roof. The open main room and kitchen has beautiful light and gorgeous Mid Century Modern furniture. No area is off limits and the potential is endless with this tasteful home.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
