This beautiful 3800 sq ft Ranch Style house is located on a private lot surround and secured with a fence and two mean dogs. The area is film and television friendly and has hosted over 75 Weddings, Baby Showers. Birthday Parties and Anniversaries It has a large Great Room with 30’ arch ceilings , Gourmet Kitchen (the size of most studio apartments), Rustic Den and a beautiful manicured front and backyard separated through a walkway pergalo. There are two gas fireplaces, one in the Den and the Great Room. The center piece of this property is a 30,000 gallon Koi Pond surrounded by colorful lights. The space hold 150 - 175 people comfortably. A small smoking section is located in a secluded area. The property also has three bedrooms, 5 bathrooms a den, a mudroom, a rose garden, a gazebo and a 3 car garage. There's parking spaces for 8 - 10 cars or several large location trucks with plenty of street parking.

This house is absolutely amazing! I had my wedding here last night for 75 guests and it was perfect. The garden and koi pond in the back set the perfect mood for our romantic moment. Once the sun went down and the lights came on, it became a brilliant and festive celebration. This house is beautiful, spacious, and so affordable. And Joe was the best host. He stayed on the premises and even hired security for the day to make sure everything went smoothly. We were able to park many of my family and friends' cars on the property, and still fit vendor vehicles. I appreciate Joe helping to make the most important day of my life become a dream come true. He communicated well, answered all my questions, was very courteous and generous, and always made me feel comfortable. All my guests kept telling us how beautiful the wedding was, and we did not even do much decorating, the house was just already the perfect scene. I highly recommend this space for any event and any time of the year. Thank you so much, Joe, for opening up your home for my special day.
