About the Space
20 miles east of Austin. This historic building (built in 1895) started as a drug store and continues its wellness path as a yoga studio and retail space. Many of the original features still remain adding tons of character to the space, including the exposed brick, leaded glass, and signage above the front doors. The space is roughly 1000 square feet, including the bathroom--and other than the bathroom, it is one big, open space. The exposed brick makes for beautiful shots, as do the white walls and starburst mural. Lots of space in the front windows to shoot products (or people), too. The storefront is that of a quintessential small town business. The studio has been used for everything from large scale TV shoots to small photo sessions. Branding for the studio can all be easily moved, removed, or edited out. Bathroom and studio are ADA accessible. WI-FI available. Manager, owner, or representative must be present during shoot to ensure safety of our retail and space.

Lighting description
As seen in the photos of the space, there are large windows at the front of the building--no other windows. Those windows face east, so it is brightest in the morning. There are window shades that can be pulled down over the lower sets of windows, but the upper set of windows cannot be covered.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are located on the main street of a small town. You can hear street traffic outside when it passes (the windows are original historic leaded glass, so not much sound control). However, it is not that busy of a street. We are also located not far from a train crossing--the train comes through 2-3x per day throughout the day, and when it crosses, it does sound its horn.

Equipment loading description
There is no designated loading zone, however, it is in a very small downtown, you can usually pull right up in front and park. There is an alley very nearby at the end of the block that can also be used for unloading, with access right there to a handicap ramp if heavier equipment needs to be moved in. The alley cannot be blocked, however, so any trucks would need to be moved and parked after unloading.

Electrical system description
There are 10 outlets in the space located throughout the space. The circuit breaker is also accessible within the space, however, we ask that only the owner, manager, or representative on site access the circuit breaker.

- No food trash left in the space
- Any moving/removing of retail, fixtures, or signage must be done by or supervised by owner, manager, or representative.
- Owner, manager, or representative must be present for shoot to ensure safety of our retail and space.
- Retail and studio property may not be used as props without prior consent by owner, manager, or representative on site

The building owner, Melissa Ladd, requires that she be listed as additional insured.
Furniture and decorations may be moved

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have regular cleaning staff throughout the week to keep our yoga studio clean and safe for students, teachers, and guests. High touch areas are frequently and consistently sanitized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
