Historic Small Town Downtown Studio with Exposed Brick
About the Space
20 miles east of Austin. This historic building (built in 1895) started as a drug store and continues its wellness path as a yoga studio and retail space. Many of the original features still remain adding tons of character to the space, including the exposed brick, leaded glass, and signage above the front doors. The space is roughly 1000 square feet, including the bathroom--and other than the bathroom, it is one big, open space. The exposed brick makes for beautiful shots, as do the white walls and starburst mural. Lots of space in the front windows to shoot products (or people), too. The storefront is that of a quintessential small town business. The studio has been used for everything from large scale TV shoots to small photo sessions. Branding for the studio can all be easily moved, removed, or edited out. Bathroom and studio are ADA accessible. WI-FI available. Manager, owner, or representative must be present during shoot to ensure safety of our retail and space.

We have regular cleaning staff throughout the week to keep our yoga studio clean and safe for students, teachers, and guests. High touch areas are frequently and consistently sanitized.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
