About the Space

Venue ideal for corporate events or film production. Contemporary home on 5 acres. Daimler/Mercedes recently used the home and adjacent 4000 sft workshop (made with shipping containers) for a 3-week international press event. One minute from Wasatch Mountain State Park and Soldier Hollow Golf Course. Unobstructed view of the Wasatch Mountains. Seamless indoor/outdoor space handles a crowd easily but is also appropriate for smaller gatherings, as there are several distinct seating areas other than the main room that opens up with a glass wall to patio and back yard space with spectacular views of Timpanogos, Deer Creek Reservoir and the historic Tate Barn. Situated in Midway, Utah - 20 minutes from Park City, 20 minutes from Orem/Provo and 40 minutes from Salt Lake City. Lots of street parking on a private road. Home rental for day use (not overnight) is $8400. Daily cleaning for multi-day rental, rates including overnight stays, and rental of the workshop are also potentially available. Photos of the workshop available upon request. Liability Policy and Property Restoration Contract are required.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
