About the Space

This Loft in old lingerie factory in leafy Clinton hill,Brooklyn complete with skyline view, stunning natural light, tropical plants, records and cosy lighting in the evening. There is also an outdoor terrace up the spiral staircase that gets morning sun that pings of a Cobolt Blue wall ideal for fashion shoots. There is a large dining table for food shoots, fully equiped kitchen and Vintage speakers/Turntables that make for a good party location. One double Bedroom is available too. Free Parking is generally easy to find on or around adjacent streets and there is a free parking lot on Classon playground one block away. We're an easy going house happy to accommodate your needs and do not mind things being moved around.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Max was very accomodating and has a beautiful space! The plants and furniture really helped give our photos life and variety. I would absolutely use the space again!
