About the Space
Corner cyc wall. 36 ft x 24 ft x 15 ft (height). Include full overhead grid and rental comes with 8 RGB 2 x 1 LED panel lights. 7 free parking spots with Box truck access/parking. HMU, Color suite, Conference room available for upgrade (all rooms included in full day rentals). All additional rooms have hardwired connectivity to camera feed (SDI) for a socially distanced video village. PPE available by request.

General Rules
No smoking. Please do not step or set C stands/equipment on the curve of the cyc wall. Most reservations will have a studio manager on site for support unless requested otherwise by renter.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Cover any studio damage.
Furniture and decorations may be moved

We have security cameras throughout the building in public areas.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Disinfect all touched surfaces and equipment after rentals. Masks required by everyone who enters the space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
