COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We wipe down all surfaces that may be touched by clients after sessions and provide access to additional masks, hand sanitizer, and disposable gloves for your use.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our studio is Denver's best photography, video, audio production, & creative studio. With over 3,500 square feet of rentable studio space, our studio is equipped to support your professional photography, videography, and audio recording projects. As photographers & media creators ourselves, we understand what you need to conduct a successful shoot. That’s why we’ve designed our studio to support the dynamic needs of creatives. With a green screen cyclorama room, makeup and dressing area, white & grey cyclorama coves, and full proofing room, our studio is Colorado’s premier media creation studio open for rental. With a focus on functionality, comfort, and ease of use, here at our studio, we’re committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their studio experience - no matter the session they are focused on having or media they are producing.

Parking description

We have 5-6 reserved parking spots in the back of our studio with another dozen+ spots in general around the back of the building. Then there are a couple dozens spots on the street and additional parking spaces on the south side of the building. In short, plenty of parking!

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

There are no windows as it is an industrial garage converted into a photography & media studio. We are able to roll up the industrial doors to bring in natural light, but we prefer not to so we keep the studio clean. The lighting can be controlled with a controller for different brightness levels and color temperatures.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

You can hear some sounds, in the evenings around 5-6pm on weekdays there is some traffic outside the studio as a nearby tenant's trucks return for the night. Friday mornings and Tuesday mornings before 9am there is trash pickup and some loud beeping. Other than that it's a pretty quiet space!

Equipment loading description

There is a loading ramp for trucks and two industrial doors for unloading gear into the studio.

Staging area is available

There is an entry area, a proofing room, and a dressing room/makeup area.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

There is a tool hallway and storage hallway behind each of the cyclorama walls that are off-limit to renters.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

Outside Catering is allowed We request you don't step on the curves of the Cyclorama Walls Have fun & enjoy yourselves!

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

We have some chairs, stools, and furniture in the studio you can move if needed for use in any of your photo or video shoots.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
