About the Space
This is a rustic retreat home nestled on the countryside of 40 acres. This is a lovely setting for photography shoots, weddings, overnight retreat stays and other special events. In addition to a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2400 square feet apartment, this property comes completes with a large 3200 square feet warehouse space, a charming barn, an almost 2 acre pond and several areas in which to capture photography.

There are three windows in the living room, two in one bedroom and 1 in the second bedroom. The natural light can be controlled by closing blinds and window coverings.

Since this property is set back on 40 acres in a country like setting, you cannot hear or see neighbors.
There is minimal noise from appliances.

We thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
