About the Space

Our studio is equipped with 9 studios including Bravo, a full production black-box theater. If you are needing space for a theatrical production, event, or party or you would like to rent a studio for a class, rehearsal or private instruction, Balance has the perfect space. Our studio is a full-featured dance facility with 9 different dance spaces in adjacent buildings plus a 1200 Sq Ft dance deck facing the greenbelt! Some of our amenities include: A full array of adult dance/fitness classes held at the same time as youth sessions Coffee bar with healthy snack options Relaxation area equipped with comfortable sofas, tables and chairs with an adjacent play area for siblings (fun interactive dance videos for kids, drawing tables with paper and crayons, puzzles, Wii video gaming area, books, and games) Complimentary Wi-Fi for laptops or iPads with plenty of accessible electrical outlets Televisions in the viewing area for parents to watch lessons In-studio boutique offering quality, affordable dance clothing and accessories

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

I needed a professional studio at the last minute. I was worried that might not be possible, but this worked perfectly. The communication was prompt and helpful. The studio itself was exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend.

Nice facility. We had some confusion with the room we booked, but it was handled and we were able to use another space. We have used this facility a few times and all of those times we had no issues.
