This thoughtfully designed double-height space features a stunning skylight and an original interior layout. The combination of natural materials and textures, such as rustic wooden beams and off-white plaster walls, cultivates an inviting atmosphere perfect for inspiring creativity.

The house offers one parking space within the property and three additional spaces on the street directly in front. Please refrain from parking in front of the house to the left, as the neighbor there is not accommodating.

The soaring ceilings, paired with expansive windows and a skylight, allow streams of natural light to flood the space, enveloping it in warmth and a soft glow. Sunlight gracefully dances across the room, seamlessly blending the beauty of the outdoors with the interior, creating an atmosphere that is open, serene, and vibrantly alive with light.

- No smoking inside - Be careful going up and down the loft stairs - No parties allowed Please be conscious of the space. Be extra careful going up and down the stairs and don’t lean on the upstairs loft handrail.

We follow the 5 step enhanced cleaning process. Step 1: Prepare. Proper preparation helps us and our team clean more safely Step 2: Clean. Star by removing dust and dirt from surfaces. Step 3: Sanitize. Use of chemical disinfectants to help reduce bacteria. Step 4: Check. Refer to the checklist for each room for best practices on how to clean and sanitize different spaces. Step 5: Reset. To help prevent cross-contamination, it’s important to finish cleaning and sanitizing a room and wash your hands before replacing items for the next guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
