HOURLY RATE The posted price per hour is for a crew of 25 people max including crew and talent. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details and regarding size and pricing FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be upfront with what you are looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! IF you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: -Total number of crew and talent -Desired Date(s) -Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) Including load-in/load-out, setup, tear-down -Equipment and lighting specs HOLDS Dates are available on first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. SCOUTING We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are meant for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set up and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our started hourly rate per Peerspace's policy. ACCESS The driveway can fit two vehicles. Additional parking can be found on the street in front of the house or the side streets close to the home. Parking in other driveways is prohibited and the owner is subject to tow at their expense. Parking in front of the mailboxes across the street is prohibited between 11 AM to 4 PM you may park on either side of them. NOISE We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noises to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM. POOL Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. If you request that the pool be heated there is a $600 additional fee in the winter months (pool requires 1 degree per hour to heat, and will need a 48 hour notice prior to booking). The spa will be an additional $200 fee in winter months and a minimum of 2-4 hour notice prior to booking. Absolutely NO GLASS in or around the pool area. No eating or smoking in pool. FIRE PIT The fire pit is available upon request. You will need to bring your own logs and igniter. A supervisor will need to stay on site for the booking if you choose to use it. CLEANING & DAMAGE Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup teardown time in your booking hours. Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed inside the house, outside smoking is fine, just clean up cigarette butts. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create large amounts of smoke. NOTE: We have a cat and dog on property if you have allergies or issues please let us know and we will accommodate accordingly. I do leave my cat locked in the master bedroom for all bookings.
