- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

About the Space
Come film at our BRAND NEW photography and music video filming studio space in the heart of Hollywood. This newly renovated space features countless captivating lighting options and unique special layouts like you've never seen! The space poses so many different options for filming a multitude of scenes. White Cyc wall, a floor that lights up, color changing plexiglass / grated runway and multi-dimensional lit tunnel! New dressing room with vanity mirror for make up, private changing booth and clothing racks. We pride ourselves on welcoming all kinds of productions and are happy to work in person with each guest to make your production and overall experience a success! This space is ran by independent artists... we are here to see you win! * Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area. If you are planing filming live drums or live band show please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

great space that led to some fun and creative 80s style shots! eric and other staff members were helpful and friendly. lighting options were perfect for what we needed, there was plenty of space for our wardrobe and props, and parking was easy to find. definitely recommend!
