The parking is free and easily accessible.

Some of the studio spaces have natural lighting and curtains to back out the lighting.

We're located near a feeder road. We only book 1 Renter at a time. Renters can have closed private shoots.

Ground Floor

There is loading ramp zone in the back of the building.

Any room can be used.

Employee Work Room.

We have several outlets around the rooms.

Booking: Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and clean up, so please factor it in your booking hours. Renter must complete a walk-through at the end of the booking. $160 per hour fee applies to bookings after midnight for events. $100 per hour for studio rentals after 10pm. Smoking/Incense/Flames: No smoking anywhere inside the building. No incense, candles or open flames of any sort. Renters will be required to pay a $300 fine upon occurrence. Pets: Only service animals are allowed in the building unless you receive prior approval. Security: Each renter assumes responsibility for the security of the space during each rental period. No firearms, weapons, or drugs allowed in the venue. Alcohol and Food: Alcohol and outside food are permitted. Any person selling alcohol or food must be licensed. No cooking in the building. Dress Code: No nudity Parking: Free parking in the front of the building. No parking in the back. Only for loading/unloading. Equipment/Furniture: Equipment/furniture need to be constructed in such a way that they cause no damage to the studio floor. All equipment must have felt padding or protective covering on any part that rests on the floor. Housekeeping: Renters are responsible for any damage to the building. Vomit clean up is a $75 fee. No confetti, glitter, or feathers allowed $150 fee. Trash must be removed to the garbage outside next to the ramp. Food warmers are allowed. No electric fryers are allowed. Each renter assumes responsibility for returning the space to a good state before they leave. Waiver: Not responsible for any injuries or losses to client/guest. Renters are responsible for all guests. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Renters can move furniture around in the room , but Renters can't remove furniture from one to studio to another.
