About Creative Grounds DC

Old grocery store turned arts space and coffee bar. This 2-storey, approximately 2000 sq foot arts space has been used for everything from dinner parties, workshops, lectures, business meetings, co-working, product launch, art events and everything in between. It always surprises us to see what ideas people have and we are all too eager to help. If you can imagine it, together we can achieve it. The meeting space is on the lower level, accommodating 20 guests. Meetings are held on the during the day, 730am-400pm. Venue details for both floors: Centrally located in the Bloomingdale Neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Transportation: 1.5mi from Union Station; 1.4 Mi from Rhode Island Station, 1.0mi from Shaw Metro, 1400 sq. ft. of gallery/event space, 1950 total sq ft. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We clean our space according to CDC guidelines especially before and after bookings. They include but are not limited to 1. wearing disposable gloves to clean and disinfect. 2.cleaning surfaces using soap and water, then disinfectant. 3. cleaning high traffic or high contact surfaces and objects in public places, such point of sale keypads, tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc. 4. Soft surfaces are cleaned using soap and water or furniture cleaner appropriate for fabric. 5.Outdoor area is cleaned routinely.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
