Great space with a cool vibe. We rented this space for a work event - 13 of us total - and it was perfect. There was plenty of space and while we did have to rearrange things to make it work for us, there was more than enough room and furniture to make it perfect for our team. Location was clean and organized when we arrived and everything we needed (ie garbage bags when we were done, etc) was exactly where we expected to find it. For those reasons I would book it again (and in fact DID try to book it again for the very next day when a different meeting space looked like it was falling through). Cons: The only reason I didn't leave a higher review was in communicating with the facility managers. I get the sense that this space is owned and operated as a side business and so we never met, and only spoke to a person once. Maybe I'm old fashioned but if I'm planning a group event I want to speak to the person in charge of the facility to iron out details. The other reason I reduced my "stars" was for the technology required to enter the building. The owner has decided to use a security app called Proximity where each user gets their own digital key to the space. For us, that key never showed up and so there was quite a bit stress leading up to the event as we didn't actually KNOW if we'd be able to get in. The facility was quick to respond via text and we only had to wait outside for a few mins before gaining getting in. Problems aside, would book this space again

This place is beautiful and functional. We couldn’t get access of the extra chairs we needed. However, we put our heads together and made it work! Preston was helpful and accommodating. The event was a success.
