Just a 4-minute drive from the Airport in Historic College Park, a 5-minute walk from the classic scenes of Historic College Park sits our co-working space, a small but class tight-knit community of professionals operating out of our 24/7 workspace. Clean, classy and professional doesn't have to break the bank here, we have conference rooms and meeting rooms for breakout sessions. Our space has been utilized for everything from auditions to photoshoots, mini-conferences, and professional YouTube content creators and podcasters. Easy parking, 24/7 remote access, copy/printing, fully furnished and totally customizable, and did we say unlimited coffee?

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

We had a GREAT experience hosting an event for entrepreneurial and professional Rich Black Women in Atlanta. The space was excellent for our group of 10 to strategize and capture content. We had a minor issue with entry on the app and their team handled it immediately. Would definitely book again.
