Well equipped and very quiet content studio with VIP green room, steamer, wardrobe rack, kitchen, gear closet, parking and 2 private bathrooms. Great for photo and/or video shoots and livestreaming. We have a variety of 12' rolls of seamless (including green screen) and other backdrops available as well as lighting and camera equipment (inquire about rates and availability). Basic grip (c-stands, apple boxes, sandbags) included at no charge. It's great for portraits, product shots, video interviews and more. We have done shoots for tech companies, food shoots, portraits, product shots, etc. We are located on the ground floor with easy load in and plenty of parking. There are several great restaurants nearby along with a Mollie Stones grocery store less than 2 blocks away.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
