About Sean Cope Pictures
Well equipped and very quiet content studio with VIP green room, steamer, wardrobe rack, kitchen, gear closet, parking and 2 private bathrooms. Great for photo and/or video shoots and livestreaming, meetings and/or events. We have a variety of 12' rolls of seamless (including green screen) and other backdrops available as well as lighting and camera equipment. It's great for portraits, product shots, video interviews and more. We have done shoots for tech companies, food shoots, portraits, product shots, etc. We are situated on the ground floor with easy load in. There are several great restaurants nearby along with a Mollie Stones grocery store less than 2 blocks away.
Outside food and beverages are fine!
Cooking and food preparation is allowed on-site
We have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, sink, counter top and cook top. We have shot food shots here.
There's space for prepping food, etc
We have basic set of plates, utensils, etc...arrangements can be made so please let us know any special requests.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The location was great. It had lots of props and fast internet. We did a live streaming event in here with no issues at all. The host was also very friendly and quick with communications. He also asked ahead of the shoot if we needed specific backdrops. So, we couldn't really ask for anything better than this! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Sean was easy to work with, he replied to messages quickly and was very accommodating. The studio space worked well for our shoot. There was some afternoon noise from the business next door, but we were able to work around it.
