Amazing Oasis sitting on over 2 acres

We have created a private oasis in Santa Clarita. About 20 minutes away from LA. As you can see we have multiple areas to congregate, from the large water fountains, to the huge bbq area and a large pool with it's own water features. The space is private, quiet and secluded. Wifi is available and there are electric outlets throughout the property. Our space accommodates up to 225 people. We have a large driveway and parking that can accommodate over 50 cars. We have outdoor his and hers restrooms with individual ACs. You also get access to one of the rooms in the house as a changing room which also includes a restroom with a door that accesses the outdoor. Filming is not permitted inside. We live/work in our home and will be available to ensure the success of your project. If you have special requests, just ask as we are flexible as to accommodations. Our Venue is used for Weddings, anniversary / engagement parties. Photo Shoots, Video Shoots. Baby showers. Social Events, Corporate events. Commercial Productions, Music Videos and so much more.
