With rustic farmhouse touches inside, you will instantly feel cozy and warm in our home. We have two bedrooms and one office sprawling over 1300 sqf. All the furniture was carefully curated by professionals who have wonderful taste. Perfect for commercials, photoshoots, digital format, or feature-length. The large backyard, which has driveway access, is the perfect desert oasis. With tons of fruit trees, aloe vera, and succulents, there is plenty of greenery below the massive stone pine tree in our backyard. Sit under our hand-made bench for a picnic scene, or by the fire pit for a night time shoot. We also have a huge 2 car garage with storage inside of it. ** We are located on the Burbank airport landing path. On average, there are about 20 flights in a 24-hour span. Inside is well insulated and cannot hear the noise that much.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
