**currnently closed for renovations** The apartment is a 2 bd/1bth located on the Upper West Side and stays true to its original 1890's layout. Furnished with traditional, modern and Parisian inspired designs. It's a 2 bedroom, 1400 sq ft. and has been featured on NBC Open House, the New York Times, the New York Post, CNBC and more. Available rooms: foyer, hallway, library, living room, bedroom & bathroom. If you need to use the kitchen and/or butler’s pantry we can add that on for an additional charge. See the add ons section for details. You may NOT move any furniture or decor unless you discuss it with me first. The TV & modem cannot be moved on uplugged under any condition. An additional fee will be added on for moving of furniture. Feel free to bring equipment, but an additional fee will be added for large equipment. See add on section for details. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
