This home has a lot of flexible options. With minimal furniture and decor options, there is plenty of room for customization. Located 7 minutes from Google Kirkland and 7 minutes from Microsoft Redmond, the property is on an evergreen valley with modern fence and well landscaped front and backyard. Backyard space is an additional fee of $35.00 an hour includes patio, heaters, fire pit and basketball court. Free coffee and snacks provided Great minds think together. The home was incredibly lovely! There are many spaces for interviews with the different rooms and angles, amazing space! It had everything from coffee and tea to a small vacuum, and it was amazing to have have the private room on the top floor for talent to relax while we moved gear in between scenes. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time renting from Jennifer, and it was great once again! We shot video this time and even with all the equipment that comes with that the space is laid out in a way that worked really well for us. The space is very clean, has nice light and a modern aesthetic. As a host Jennifer is extremely friendly and helpful, and even has a coffee and tea bar waiting when you arrive. Highly recommend, and would definitely rent again if we need a space with this aesthetic. Thank you Jennifer!
