About the Space
Our newly remodeled 1,600-square-foot studio is available to rent for photography and video productions on an hourly, daily and weekly basis. Conveniently located, our private, professional building offers ground level access and easily adapts to a variety of production needs. • Professional and comfortable: A relaxed, private atmosphere for crews and clients • Convenient: 10 min. from the airport, 5 min. from Clayton, 20 min. from Downtown • 1,600 sq ft soundstage: with 17′ cyc wall, 16-foot ceilings and a wired lighting grid • Versatile shooting space: 17-foot cyc wall, 30-foot gray wall, 20-foot white faux brick wall • Grip equipment is included with every rental: C-stands, light stands, apple boxes, sandbags, clamps, gels, gaff tape, cables, extension cords and more • Lighting is available to rent: Litepanels LEDs, Arri hot lights, KinoFlo continuous lights, plus Dynalite, Elinchrom and Speedotron strobes • No stairs: Private, secure parking with ground floor access for easy load-in • Conference room, dressing room, restrooms, kitchen and break room included • WiFi: high-speed 600+mbps wireless internet (1Gb Fiber) service throughout the building • Our expertise is always included, and assistants, grips, producers, stylists and other professionals are available for hire as well. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I have only wonderful things to say about Patrick and the studio. From our first visit, to our two days on set, Patrick was warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. The space was perfect for what we needed (I'd been searching for a great studio space in St. Louis that didn't have natural sunlight so that we could completely control lighting) and found it! There's a beautiful conference room at the entrance that clients can wait in, or make-up artist set up. There's also a dedicated dressing room or hair/makeup station in the studio. They've got plenty of gear to rent (we rented three Astras and a monitor), with everything else we could need. We booked for two days, and we plan to book again soon. Highly recommend! Bonus points for being a family business; Patrick's dad opened the space back in the 60s. Very cool to keep the legacy going!
