Our photography studio is located near downtown in a modern-rehabbed warehouse. It is approximately 3000 sq ft and is suitable for events for up to 49 people. It is ideal for photography and film use, but can also accommodate small wedding ceremonies, dinner-only receptions, small acoustic music shows, workshops, birthdays, showers, and more. It has hardwood finished floors, is an open concept, and has large windows facing north and west. There is a kitchenette on-site with a refrigerator, coffee, tea, and filtered water. There are snacks and beverages available for purchase as well. Bathrooms are located on the first and second floors; the first-floor bathroom is ADA accessible. We also have a conference room available for changing outfits, etc. There is ample metered street parking as well as gated parking that must be opened with a fob (included in rental). Rentals include seating for up to 49 people if needed, use of sound system and projector if needed, coffee & tea, and access to gated parking. We can provide a backdrop kit, a strobe kit, and light stands for additional costs.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
