About Breakforth Studio
Our spacious, open, and naturally-lit studio space is perfect for intimate gatherings, micro weddings, workshops, or creative projects. Each rental includes access to the full 3000sqft space, with gorgeous natural light and huge windows, amazing hardwood floors, a kitchenette, and built in sound system. It has hardwood finished floors, is an open concept, and has large windows facing north and west. There is a kitchenette on-site with a refrigerator. Bathrooms are located on the first and second floors; the first-floor bathroom is ADA accessible. We also have a small conference room available for changing, small storage, etc. There is ample metered street parking available. It is approximately 3000 sq ft and is suitable for events for up to 49 people (no additional group size charge). Round tables and foldable chairs can be added on as you book (6 tables / 50 chairs available) for $95. Selfie Station Photobooth (modern booth with gif, boomerang, or classic photo options) can be added on as you book for $250.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The property manager Dani was a joy to work with. Everyone was great and the space was perfect for our event (small wedding reception). The team was very forgiving of our mistake with a vendor who made an early drop off. Parking out back was clutch. The venue was modern and edgy with great lighting. The provided tables and chairs were exactly what we needed. I can't say enough positive things.

What a gorgeous venue!! Photos don't even do this space the justice it deserves. We switched gears halfway through wedding planning in search of a more intimate and budget-friendly vibe, and Breakforth Studio really exceeded all of our expectations! It was the perfect space for our group of about 40 people. The views, lighting, and aesthetic are to die for and makes it the perfect blank slate for a micro-wedding. We literally saved thousands of dollars, and you'd never know looking at our photos. The only minor downsides were that we didn't get to view the space beforehand because of scheduling and responsiveness and we were supposed to get to use a photobooth that we never saw, but other than those very minor details, our micro-wedding was truly everything we could have ever wanted. Thank you to Ken and everyone who keeps this fantastic venue running. I will definitely be booking again in the future and will happily recommend this space to other budget brides in the Cleveland area! Truly doesn't get better than this!! Thank you times a million from the very happy newlyweds! :)

The space is beautiful and really well set up. For my purposes it was probably a little bit loud but for parties and workshops and meetings it would be perfect. I was recording a video podcast that needs more control over the noise.
