There is a pull up garage door that opens about 20 ft. There is also natural light coming into the lobby bay windows. There is an emergency light that cannot be turned off. Please make sure you bring flags that can be used to block the light. We are not responsible for spill light because of this light.

You cannot hear any noise from neighbors, however, the best time to record is after 5 pm on weekdays to avoid unexpected noise. All-day on the Weekends.

Your rental includes: 3 Basic Lights/Continuous or Strobe 3 Modifiers 3 Light Stands Extension Cords 1 Roll of white Paper Clamp Tape This will be set up for you ahead of time. Please indicate “Continuous or Strobe” lighting in your reservation. Access to other equipment not included in your standard rental available in the add-on section. If you are found to be using equipment or furniture not in your rental you will be charged for it. _________________________________________________________________________________ Site Visits are $25 ___________________________________________________________________________________ Prohibited Items and Activities No Alcohol, Drugs, or Smoking: You cannot engage in any activity at the studio while under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. No Weapons: No weapons are permitted in the studio without written consent from the studio. No Pornography: No photography, videography, and/or audio of explicit sexual acts are permitted. Misconduct: Including causing a nuisance to other clients, mistreatment of the studio staff, illegal activity, Destruction/vandalism of the studio equipment or facilities. ____________________________________________________________________________________ STUDIO RULES Your booking should include set up, break down, and clean up time. This includes but is not limited to setting up lights, makeup/hair prep, packing up, returning props, and check out. You cannot share your time with another photographer. If you or anyone else involved in your shoot is occupying the studio area you will be charged for it. This is a strict policy!! No exceptions Children: ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE WAREHOUSE unless they are photographing. If they are a part of a family unit, children MUST be seated and supervised at all times in the lobby. If they are not being supervised, they will be asked to leave. Pets are NOT allowed without prior approval. Once approved, please select "messy shoot" in the add-ons section when prompted. NO SOLICITATION: Do not solicit Studio 8:20 any of your services. Overtime - Is Time & Half. Please plan your session accordingly and book enough time. Lighting Assistance: None. It is assumed you/or your photographer knows how to use the equipment listed. You are responsible for damages. We will help you turn on lights and attach modifiers, however, we will NOT light your session. If you/your photographer exhibit difficulties with using the equipment you will be billed for technical assistance. No exceptions. Clean-UP: Be sure you clean up and return EVERYTHING you have used or you can be charged a cleaning fee. Paper: 1 ROLL (6ft length) of paper is included in your rental. Each additional roll is $20. There is no charge for portraits in which the client is not stepping/sitting/playing on the paper with a 2 roll maximum (5ft paper rolls only). Additional rolls $20 per 2 rolls. Late Arrival: Your rental will not be extended should you arrive late. Your session will be canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late with NO communication. Make sure you purchase necessary add-ons prior to your booking. There is no guarantee they will be available the day of. Should you need an add-on the day of, there will be a $25 admin fee per add-on in addition to the item fee. No exceptions.
