Metered street parking, Nearby parking lot

There is metered street parking on J St, as well as paid parking lots and garages nearby.

There are diffusing curtains that can diffuse the natural light more evenly or moved for more direct lighting. Some times of the day are better than others and this varies depending on the time of the year.

This is our closest space to the street and the windows are along the sidewalk/street. You can hear general car noise, and semi-regular noise from the RT train. We have other spaces recommended if you will be recording any sound or need a quiet space.

Ground Floor

We are located right next to an alleyway that clients and our team use for unloading equipment, however it is not a parking space. All vehicles need to unload quickly and move to official street parking, parking lots, or parking garages.

Our Meeting Room can be made into a staging area upon booking.

Please keep all shooting within the space you have rented. Staff offices are private and all spaces that are not rented by the client are off limits.

There are many outlets available in each space. A member of our team will be present if a circuit breaker is tripped.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

If more than 5 people will be present during the rental, we do require the following business insurance: -We need to be sent an amended policy to show XSIGHT and Masonic Temple Association as Additional insured. Guidelines needed: Liability and Medical Expense Limit - Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Medical Expense Limit -- Per Person $10,000 Personal and Advertising Injury $1,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate $2,000,000 General Aggregate $2,000,000 Damage To Premises Rented To You $300,000

Furniture can be moved within the building, but not outside. We can switch out couches, chairs, stools, etc. upon request (preferably in advance).
